Responsibilities included scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, constructability evaluation, estimating, plan checking, change order and claim analysis. The last project worked on was the new San Jose Arena for the San Jose Sharks hockey team.

I was responsible for their overall coordination and preparation of project schedules, preliminary and final budgets, site layout design, hiring of architects and engineers, plan checking, bidding and awarding contracts for office, retail, and mini storage buildings.

I was responsible for the structural calculations for concrete and steel structures for gas and steam turbine co-generation plants, as well as nuclear. Coordinated work with other mechanical and electrical engineers and draftsmen.

Worked with project managers, engineers, and designers in the planning of the engineering, design and construction of power plants. CPM and cost control reporting on computer. Assisted civil engineers with structural calculations.
