Building Inspections

Commercial and Residential

What You Get:

A P.E. (Professional Engineer) does the inspection. This P.E. designation is regulated by state governments to assure proper education, training, and experience to serve the public. By law, the P.E. is the only one who can render an opinion on the structural stability of an existing building.

Items in need of repair or replacement are each estimated and totaled on the cover sheet. This dollar amount will tell you what it will cost for all the repairs needed.
